Refunds & Transfer Policy

All course fees are non-refundable but transferable. In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, please note that the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to training courses or services scheduled for specific dates. By booking, you are reserving a place on a time-specific course, which means we allocate resources and limit availability to other students. If you are unable to attend, your course fee may be transferred to a future date or an alternative course (subject to availability). However, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
